A builder who can also carry the message
Glenda Acevedo is not only speaking about AI transformation; she is building the governed operating layer required for AI to function coherently inside real institutions. As founder and first builder of Ammersi, she translates complex structural change into language leaders, investors, and institutional audiences can understand. She can hold the strategic conversation, represent the architecture with clarity, and communicate why governed execution is becoming one of the defining challenges of the AI era.
The founder behind Ammersi
Long before AI became the newest wave of transformation, Glenda Acevedo was already helping organizations absorb technology change in real operating environments. Early in her career at Office Depot, she was part of the field training wave that helped customers adopt online ordering, live inventory, and next-day delivery as digital systems began reshaping how work got done. She was there at the beginning — supporting adoption, translating change, and helping people use new systems in the real world. That long arc, from operational technology to systems design and business transformation, now informs her work in AI. Ammersi was built from that throughline: the recognition that powerful new technology is never enough on its own. Organizations still need a governed human operating layer to absorb it coherently inside real operations.
