From DOCumentology to Ammersi
DOCumentology reflected the early systems work that helped reveal a larger institutional problem. Ammersi carries that insight into the AI era.
Where the work began
DOCumentology focused on business systems, operational documentation, training support, workflow clarity, and reducing preventable errors.
What changed
As AI moved into organizations, the same underlying systems challenge expanded. The issue was no longer only documentation or process standardization. It became the need for a human operating architecture that helps organizations understand work, authority, records, review, accountability, and learning as AI becomes part of real institutional life.
Where the work is going
Ammersi now carries that evolution into Quadrant IV: the missing human operating category for governed AI adoption, workforce transition, and responsible human-AI participation.

Glenda Acevedo’s systems background, operational discipline, and documentation experience helped her recognize the institutional problem Ammersi now addresses.
